We have used Pro-Service twice and both times have been extremely satisfied. The first time was when a car drove into our living room. Pro-Service worked with our insurance company and completely fixed everything. The exterior brick was replaced and the interior walls had to be redone along with the floor. After they were finished, I could never tell that anything had ever happened. The blending of the new brick with the old brick was seamless and the inside drywall can not be seen where the damage occurred. The floor was also replaced and the floor looks better than the original. The second time we used Pro-Service was when we had a water leak in our second floor toilet while we were away. After having a plumber come out and repair the leak (a flange needing replacing under the toilet) a hole in the ceiling in our dining room needed to be mended from the plumbing repair and damage to the ceiling due to the leak. Again we were extremely pleased with the outcome. Again you can not tell where the repair took place. In addition, we had a number of other repairs done at the same time and all were accomplished within the time frame we were told and all exceeded our expectations. I can not recommend Pro-Service enough. They treated our house with respect (covered anywhere they worked with paper or plastic and cleaned up after words everything to the best of their ability). They will continue to have all our business when it comes to home repair.

I never write reviews...but I had to write this one for Pro-Service! They took on a major remodel project for us, including new floors, demo and a complete redesign and rebuild of our fireplace, painting of the entire house, new ceiling fans, new TV's installed, new granite kitchen countertops, new backsplash and painting of the kitchen cabinets... plus a lot of other extras! The service from day one was impressive! From coming out multiple times to take measurements to helping me endlessly to pick out all the new materials. They offered great advice and didn't just "do whatever." If Phil didn't think my choice was the correct one, he brought me other samples to look at before I decided. He also helped greatly in helping me to design the look of the new fireplace. As it is floor to ceiling, it is a huge focal point and had to be just right! The hard workers were always on time, worked tirelessly and even worked on Saturdays to ensure they met the deadline we had set! Their attention to detail and pride in their work truly showed! When we are ready to remodel our master bathroom, we will ONLY be calling Phil & Shannon Stewart and Pro-Service!!
